WHAT IS 'MONTHLY STRENGTH CLUB'?

MSC is a semi-private group training programme with groups of no more than 6 people per session.

It is designed to provide progressive programming every month for people who are sick of not knowing what to do in the gym or have been doing bodyweight HIIT classes for a while and want to up their training game.

Although improving our strength & nailing our technique is a focus, each session will be a mixture of Mobility, Strength Training & Conditioning (cardio), and adapted slightly depending on the goal.

Above all I want people to start to ENJOY their training

Hopefully MSC can be the first step.

MY AIM

To provide an environment where people learn how to lift, push themselves past what they have before & to have fun doing it.

All of this will lead to a newfound confidence around weights & ultimately a new outlook on training.

I'm not the meat-head bodybuilder type guy - I appreciate quality training, hard work & feeling fit & strong

I now have the opportunity to pass on everything I know onto you through MSC.

MSC welcomes anyone and everyone.

You don't HAVE to have any experience lifting weights, I will use my 8 years of PT experience & 12 years of training experience to teach you everything I know.

There are no egos & definitely no judgment.

It's a safe environment for you to work as hard as you possibly can and find a new level of training power!

SPECIFIC MONTHLY TRAINING FOCUS

Each month we will focus on 1 lower body & 1 Upper Body Compound exercise. This way we can really nail the technique & increase our strength faster.

TRACK YOUR TRAINING

As soon as you sign up you will get your own profile on my training app where you can open up the workout and track all of your reps, sets & weight to refer back to every week & progress your training - a VITAL part of improving your strength & muscle growth.

FAQ'S

Is this an 'in-person' or an Online Group?

In-person.

Sessions will take place at my training studio in Crawshawbooth, Rossendale. Although you will get put into a group & track your training through my training app.

What does it cost?

£120 per month.

This includes 2x sessions per week (8x sessions total) plus a large group session on the last Saturday of every month.

How long are the sessions?

Each session lasts approx 45-50 minutes.

How many weeks?

Each monthly block will be 4 weeks - 8x sessions plus the Saturday large group session.

Will there be any nutrition help?

Yes! Although the focus is mainly on the training, I provide calorie targets, a calorie guide, a bunch of my recipe books & will help with any questions regarding nutrition.

It's important to both eat AND train for your goal & you can use your profile on the app to track your progress data: measurements, photos & weight.

What will I get out of MSC?
